I am extremely disappointed in the service my sister and I received. People spend their hard earned money to receive good service and that was that complete opposite. Not to mention that after everything was said and done we were in there for 2HOURS and didn't even receive and apology for the way we were treated. After the last coat went on they said that's it they were done. Then after getting the nails done I must say I'm extremely disappointed, not only did they fail to remove over grown skin on the nails, they didn't even give us a massage. I had never been so disrespected in my life at a nail salon, and I have been to many. all we wanted was our nails done!! I was so embarrassed I wanted to just get up and walk out. This made us very uncomfortable and embarrassed. Not only did she carry on the situation that people with excellent customer service would have just said "oh no problem!" She carried it on and talked about it so loudly other customers were looking at us. Then when I told them we wanted acrylic nails the woman told us that we had asked for the wrong thing and went on and on about how we were wrong in making the appointment with what we requested. Where we sat for 10 more minutes with our hands in hot water. Finally at 4:10 they got us to sit down at a station. We should have left at this pointed but decided to stay. Not to mention, only three other people were in the salon. Next thing we knew they left us to sit there for 30 minutes without saying anything to us. A different woman came out from the back and also argued with us about the time before admitting she wrote the appointment in the wrong time slot, 4:30pm instead of 3:30pm. After going back and forth they t.old us to take a seat. We got to the salon right on time but when we were asked about the appointment I had made I was argued with by a man and a woman telling me that no I didn't make an appointment and then after looking in the book they told me I made the appointment for 430. I had called ahead to schedule an appointment for 330. Yesterday, my sister and I decided to get our nails done. If 0 stars were an option that's what I would have rated this establishment. customers should not be treated like this. I kept questioning her, but she just smiled and nodded, shaking the debit machine toward my hand insisting "You pay now!" Please please avoid this place. I had to pay FULL PRICE for only 3 new nails. She told me biogel was harder to work with, and that 3 of my nails chipped off so she charged me more. So I questioned her, asking her why they cost me 65$ when they advertise it as 35$. 35$ isn't going to break the bank." When I went to pay, my total turned out to be 65$. I'm the kind of person that doesn't like offending people or being an inconvenience and I figured "oh well. (I could see the nail bed on certain nails) It was absolutely slopp.y work and completely different from my first experience. I could tell the lady working on my nails was working in a hurry, making my nails too short and crooked, as well as leaving the paint streaky. I went back tonight, and asked for a biogel refill. 65$ for biogel was quite the stretch, but they turned out quite nicely, well shaped and well done. I got biogel nails done for the first time a month ago, and my experience was alright.
